## A website is not a brochure anymore

A personal website is also a reference work for people, search engines, citation systems and AI agents deciding whether they can trust you. Useful material gives a reliable trail: a clear person, original ideas, dates, relationships, sources and enough context to distinguish a real working history from impressive-sounding words.

## Repair is a form of attention

To repair something is to decide that it is worth understanding before it is replaced. The habit transfers beyond objects: resist the urge to replace the whole thing before understanding what is actually not working. Attention comes first.
